SHIPPING & RETURNS

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

  • Must be exchanged or returned within 45 days from date of purchase.

  • To be accepted, returns & exchanges must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded (excluding special promotions). Sale collection items are not eligible for refund. Items from sale collection may be exchanged for another item also on closeout.

  • Exchanges & returns are only offered for domestic orders.

  • We require order #, receipt or proof of purchase to process exchanges & returns.


     

  • Please pack items in a secure package or reuse ours.

  • Fill in your order # and email address above:

  • Fill out information at Exchange & Return link.

  • Make sure all of the returned items are in the box with the invoice.

  • Download and print the shipping label that is emailed to you once your form is submitted.

  • Go to your local United States Post Office to ship the package.

  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the item is processed. Please allow 2-3 business days once the item is received to process your exchange or refund.

  • Exchanges (if applicable):

  • We are happy to offer 100% free shipping both ways on domestic exchanges.

  • Exchanges must be made for items of same or lesser value.

  • Returns for Store Credit (if applicable):

  • We are happy to offer 100% free shipping both ways on domestic exchanges for store credit.

  • Store credit will be given based on value of order placed.

  • Store credit will be given by a digital gift card code that will only be valid for online purchases at www.TumbleweedTexStyles.com.

  • Returns for Refund (if applicable):

  • For returns for refund, we will provide the shipping label to return the product for a flat rate of $7.00 which will cover shipping and handling charges.

  • Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt and confirmation of the product's returned condition.

  • Processing & Shipping:

  • We process and ship items in the order that we receive them between 8 am - 5 pm CST Monday - Friday.

  • Please allow up to 4 business days for processing of orders to be completed.

  • Exchanges, returns for store credit, and/or returns for refund will not be processed until products have been received by our warehouse and the product's returned condition has been confirmed.

  • Returns & Exchanges in Person:

  • If you want to return a product on your own, you are more than welcome to drop by our warehouse and return or exchange in person.

  • We cannot guarantee that the product you'd like to exchange for will be in stock or reprinted. We recommend contacting our customer service team to check.
